Mitch Cash has been practicing law for 30 years in the areas of estate planning, real estate transactions, estate and trust litigation, and property rights litigation. Mitch also served as District Court Judge of Searcy County Arkansas for 8 years. Mitch has also served on the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board and as President of the Arkansas Legal Education Board.
Over the last 15 years Mitch has narrowed the focus of his law practice areas to life care planning, elder law and estate planning.

He has distinguished himself through both academic achievement and professional excellence. His dedication is reflected in the publication of his article, In Guns We Trust: NFA Firearm Trusts and Silencing the Hazards of NFA Firearm Ownership in the Arkansas Law Review, one of the state’s most respected legal journals. Carter graduated top of his class in 2026 from the University of Arkansas, School of Law. He will be starting his LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida this fall.
